The film tells the stories of persecution and violence that the LGBTQ+ population suffered by the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship. It also tells how this group constituted its resistance, transforming themselves into fundamental subjects of the redemocratization process in Brazil. The 1964 coup did not establish this prejudice, but during this period, the LGBTQ+ population was considered enemies of the family, traditional morals, and good habits.
