This experience has been gained over many years of organizing the annual congresses of our parent organization: The Latin American Studies Association (LASA).

DESCRIPTION

We have a large multicultural and multidisciplinary team that understands the importance of your congress, symposium, etc. and has the systematized knowledge necessary to produce activities of the highest international standards.

It is our responsibility to ensure that your attendees are satisfied with their convention or event experience. In addition, as a non-profit organization, our motivation is to collaborate and socialize information with other organizations and share our industry knowledge with our clients. This service will make your event an enriching experience that radiates knowledge.

We provide services and advice in the integral organization of Virtual and Hybrid events (congresses) ranging from:

  • Advice on city location 
  • Locating congress venues according to the profile of your event
  • Contract negotiation
  • Fast registration service and payment for event registration
  • On-site administration and management with on-site personnel
  • Development of the virtual component of your event
  • Development of APP and Social Media to ensure the positioning of the event
  • Organization of Book Exhibitions

We have also developed an innovative system for hybrid or virtual congresses, which organizes the normal course of your event in an orderly and friendly way, and is very useful for participants. Through this system, we can attend all the sessions, create our program, participate in film festivals, have access to virtual environments of publishers (book exhibition), promote sponsors, publish advertisers, etc. 

In addition to the above services, we have an extensive network of virtual hosts with proven experience in multiple meetings, located in different parts of the world, covering 24 hours a day, wherever the activity takes place.
